A parcel came from Alan, Siew Gin, Tyler and Cody and included this lovely card from them all which they had all signed. What a lot of happy faces.
Also in the parcel was a wonderful chopper which I used straight away to chop up my vegetables for soup, so impressed went on to make a cake and used it to chop up the nuts.
Patrick and I were very pleased with everything in the parcel.

It must be Christmas
Well we thought we had better make a start so on Saturday we decorated the tree and put out the deer and some lights on the tree in the garden
My friend Val made me this lovely Christmas cake
Another picture of the cake
I made these mince pies from a special recipe they took a long time to make, although they do not look like shop brought ones they tasted great and melted in your mouth.
I also made some cheese straws but they vanished before I could take a photo.
