The trees are changing

After some heavy rain we looked out the sun had come out and we were surprised at the different colours on the trees it must be the end of summer.

Goodbye

Our car was on its final journey to the scrap yard today but yesterday 300  police raided a lot of scrap yards in somerset and we could get no reply from the one our poor car was going to.

Fortunately we found a lovely place in Dorset and they paid us more money so a very happy ending although we are sad we have had her for a very long time.

Awarness Day MND

There was a Street Fair at Wiveliscombe the other side of Taunton on the Sunday.  The weather forcast was not good, but we were really lucky the wind was a problem but apart from two showers one very heavy the sun shone.

It was difficult setting up the stand but with Olly's help and the loan of an additional table from the First Response Team who had a stand next to ours it was up soon after nine.

A picture of Patrick holding on to the corner the wind had got up again
and  it kept moving into the road

Olly holding the other side

It was a great day everyone was so friendly we managed to sell christmas cards, gave away balloons, MND bands and leaflets.  Lorna, Derek. Lee-Anne and Olly's daughters also came along to help so everyone had the opportunity to look round at the stalls.

Even the donkeys had a great day.
