We had spent a busy week making hats, peg bags, childrens bag and Sue and John had supplied jam and plants. Patrick found rugs and other items to sell. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d74KZnnPxTw Our stand has the ballons with MND on.
We got to Milverton at about 8 and started to put up the stand the rain held off for a while.
The street is very narrow so we had to shorten the legs and put the back up on to someones front garden, not just my bad photography it was sloping Patrick and Daphne trying to keep everything dry.
The sun came out again and the band kept us entertained.
Down came the rain again sent Daphne out side to hold on to the back must say she kept on smiling.
The sun came out again and the Morris Dancers kept us in good spirits.
This picture was taken very early just after 10 the people really supported the event and it was difficult to find parking, so although hard work it turned out to be very profitable.
We only sold 6 summer hats but all the waterproof ones sold, we sold out of rugs, jam and plants as well.
